Ring
Ring at chest between palms
Press / hold
Ring between inner thighs just above knees
Bridge / inner line
Ring between palms above chest
Dead bug press
Ring between inner ankles
Side-lying inner thigh lift
Ball
Upper back: mid-scapula, not neck. Micro-roll.
Heart-rib hold: light on sternum or upper belly. No pressing.
Feet: under arch or sole. Gentle, slow — pause for one exhale.
Bands
Above knees. Feet parallel. Small range.
Tier 1 default
Support
Wall or chair support is fingertip-light — no gripping.
If anything feels sharp, reduce range or remove the prop.
