Prop Placement

A quiet reference for where each prop meets the body. If a movement page names a placement, follow that placement.

Ring

  • Ring at chest between palms

    Press / hold

  • Ring between inner thighs just above knees

    Bridge / inner line

  • Ring between palms above chest

    Dead bug press

  • Ring between inner ankles

    Side-lying inner thigh lift

Ball

  • Upper back: mid-scapula, not neck. Micro-roll.

  • Heart-rib hold: light on sternum or upper belly. No pressing.

  • Feet: under arch or sole. Gentle, slow — pause for one exhale.

Bands

  • Above knees. Feet parallel. Small range.

    Tier 1 default

Support

Wall or chair support is fingertip-light — no gripping.

If anything feels sharp, reduce range or remove the prop.
