  • Your email address (provided during onboarding)
  • Your edition preference (DUNE or NOIR)
  • Payment information (processed securely by Stripe; we never see your card details)

Your ritual progress and session data are stored locally on your device using browser storage. This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly request support.

2. How We Use Your Data

  • To deliver your ritual guidance and completion emails
  • To verify your purchase entitlements (securely, via hashed identifiers)
  • To send occasional updates about new rituals or programmes

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following services to operate the portal:

  • Stripe — secure payment processing
  • Klaviyo — email delivery and lifecycle messaging
  • PostHog — product analytics (EU-hosted, privacy-focused)
  • Vercel — hosting and infrastructure

Each service operates under its own privacy policy and processes data only as necessary to provide its function.

4. Cookies & Local Storage

We use browser local storage to remember your ritual progress, edition preference, and session state. We do not use third-party tracking cookies. Essential cookies may be set by our hosting infrastructure for security and performance purposes.

5. Product Analytics

We use privacy-focused product analytics (PostHog, hosted in the EU) to understand how the portal is used and to improve the ritual experience. This data is anonymised and never shared with advertisers.

You may opt out of product analytics at any time. This does not affect your ritual experience or access to any features.

6. Your Rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Withdraw consent for email communications at any time
  • Lodge a complaint with the ICO (Information Commissioner's Office)

7. Data Retention

We retain your email and entitlement data for as long as your account is active. If you request deletion, we will remove your data within 30 days. Payment records are retained as required by UK tax law.
