How do I access my ritual?
Scan the QR code on your welcome card, or visit the URL printed below it. You'll be guided to choose your edition and begin.
Can I reset my progress?
Yes. Visit your edition hub and look for the reset option in the menu. You can always begin again.
Is this suitable for beginners?
Yes. The 21-Day Signature Ritual is designed as a gentle entry point. Each session is 12–22 minutes and includes modifications.
How do I care for my tools?
Wipe ring and ball with a damp cloth. Hand wash socks and tote in cold water. Store bands in the mesh bag to prevent stretching.
