Terms of Service

1. Ritual Access

Purchase of a VERA kit includes permanent access to the 21-Day Signature Ritual for your chosen edition (DUNE or NOIR) via the VERA digital portal. This access does not expire and requires no subscription.

Extended programmes, including The VERA Method, are available as separate one-time purchases. All paid content is clearly labelled before purchase.

2. Health & Safety

VERA rituals are designed for healthy adults. Please consult a healthcare professional before beginning if you have injuries, medical conditions, or are pregnant. VERA is a wellness product, not a medical service, and makes no medical claims. You participate at your own discretion and responsibility.

3. Returns & Refunds

If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us at support@shopvera.co.uk within 30 days of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at our discretion. Digital ritual access is provided as part of your physical kit purchase and cannot be separately refunded.

4. Digital Purchases

Purchases of digital content (such as The VERA Method) are processed securely via Stripe. All digital purchases are one-time payments, not subscriptions. Once purchased, access is permanent and tied to your device. Due to the immediate-access nature of digital content, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Intellectual Property

All ritual content, movement sequences, instructional materials, visual assets, and brand elements are proprietary to VERA. You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use the content for your own practice. No reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use is permitted without prior written consent.

6. Modifications

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the portal or email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
